Interdisciplinary thinking has shaped discourse in art and science for many years and is increasingly being called for in other areas of society as well. Together with the Center for Life Ethics and the Insel Hombroich Foundation, the Kunststiftung NRW brought together five artists and three scientists a year ago in the Workshop of the Arts and Sciences to test in practice what interdisciplinary collaboration actually means.
Following an exhibition, performance, and discourse parcours at the Raketenstation Hombroich in September, this evening offers an opportunity to reflect together on experiences, perspectives, and working methods. Art journalist María Inés Plaza Lazo will introduce key questions with a short presentation and moderate the discussion.
With:
Peter Bröckerhoff, George Demir, Tuğba Durukan, Christian Grüny, Stefan Hilterhaus, Enis Maci, Florian Malzacher, Jan Mehlich, Sebastian Müller, María Inés Plaza Lazo, Phillip Schulze, Noemi Weber
